1. Delivery area
Syntide ships to destinations within the European Union only. We do not accept orders for delivery outside the EU.
2. Processing and delivery time
Orders are dispatched after payment has been confirmed. Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination and the carrier. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Free shipping on orders over €200.
4. Carriers and tracking
We ship via GLS, DHL, UPS, DPD and FedEx. Where tracking is available, we send a tracking number by e-mail once your order has been dispatched.
5. Packaging and storage
Products are packaged to protect their integrity in transit. Please follow any storage instructions provided on delivery, and store research materials appropriately on receipt.
6. Failed or delayed delivery
If delivery fails because the address provided was incorrect or incomplete, or the parcel was not collected, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@syntide.eu and we will investigate with the carrier.
7. Risk
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when you (or a person designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of them. If goods arrive damaged, please see our Refund & Returns Policy.
