3. Activity and sales territory
Syntide operates an online store offering laboratory research materials. Orders are accepted from, and shipped to, destinations within the European Union only. All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research purposes and are not intended for human or animal consumption. Please read our Terms & Conditions before ordering.
4. Applicable legislation
The operation of the Website and the sale of products are governed in particular by: Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code; Act CVIII of 2001 (Elkertv.); Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection; Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) on the detailed rules of contracts between a consumer and a business; and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
5. Out-of-court dispute resolution
The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
