The moment your parcel is handed to the carrier — usually within 24 hours of ordering — our shipping system marks the order as shipped and the tracking code is added to your order automatically. You’ll find it in the dispatch email and in the order notes of your account.
We ship with leading EU carriers including GLS, DPD, Magyar Posta, DHL Express and UPS, connected through ShippyPro. The carrier is selected automatically for the fastest tracked route to your country.
Carriers usually scan parcels at the first sorting hub, so the first movement can take up to 24 hours after dispatch. If nothing appears after 48 hours, reply to your dispatch email and we’ll chase it with the carrier for you.
Yes. Every order ships in plain outer packaging with a neutral sender name. The contents are never printed on the label, and nothing on the parcel references Syntide or its products.
